Here at agnes and cecil….we are all mummies! So we’ve put our heads of motherhood together and complied a list of our top things for your ‘swiss army knife’ of nappy bags so any situation can be defused.

Heres our top 5 things for your nappy bags (minus nappies/wipes that’s a given)

1.   Muslim cloths – multiple range of uses :blanket in warm weather, sun shader, vomit tackler, spew saver, hide and seek player, toothless sucker, sunhat need I go on!! We particularly loved these ones by aden and anais.

      2.   Change of clothes and spare blanket – when out and about and probably at the worst time 'Roger reflux' may strike meaning change of clothes for babmbino and in the odd occasion mummy too! Spares are a must, especially a blanket. We love these ones by ollie and moss they are 100% cotton and most important machine washable! Now available instore at agnes and cecil.

      3.     Bepanthen : for my little ones beautiful behind this is the only one that worked (I did buy the WHOLE shelf).  Its also a fab moisturiser/lip salve and did you know that a lot of tattoo artists recommend it for an ointment for newly done tattoos.  Great for moisturising and healing.

      4.  Snacks and drinks for mummy whether your breast feeding or simply run off your feet, don’t forget to hydrate and re-energise.  When the little one is starting to have nibbles we have the bestest snack bags for holding their (and your) goodies in.

      5.     Books/ toys : so you're standing waiting in the supermarket queue prime moment for that bouncy bambino to provide some loud entertainment….distract distract distract with these most amazing tails baby books from jelly cat.  Introduces them to holding books, has a wide range of textures and sounds helping their fine motor skills. Just perfect for that moment of frustration.
